Drugs may claim it can CURE dis-ease but drugs can never HEAL only the body can. To prove my point, on
the back label of OTC (over the counter) medicine state clearly in case of overdose to call the Poison Control
Center. The pharmaceutical company knows this but in order to sell drugs and make money, have you believe
that it is safe. They know that they can be sued if the warning is not there just like the tobacco companies.
The many side effects from drugs are also proof it is poison. The body is telling us it is being abuse but we
(human) tend to ignore the warnings. Numbing and masking the problems with drugs are not the solutions
because once the body cleans up the toxin, the symptoms will usually return worse off than before. Look at
current drug commercials, they tell your up front about the lethal side effects such as internal bleeding, liver
and/or kidney damage, flu like symptoms, headache, dry mouth, even possible death etc. In another word,
drugs are the lesser of two evil. To get well requires basic necesssity which include plenty of rest which mean
sooner or later the body need to recover itself. The body's have a nervous system to warn us that something is
wrong and it is being abuse and/or neglect. Drugs numb the nerves so you don't feel just like one would reach
under the dash board of a car and disconnect the engine light to stop it from flashing temporarily.
Body's Seven Basic Needs
1. Oxygen is the most important need that is truly free in the world yet we take it for granted.
2. Foods for the body to generate energy and heat.
3. Salt and Water for hydration because the body consist of 80% of water. If you don't have salt in your diet,
there is no hydration. Everything in moderation, too much salt is also not good for the body.
4. Rest for the body to recover from daily abuse and/or neglect.
5. Exercise to engage the muscle so it won't wither and die. Use it or loose it.
6. Bowell movement and urination hince Mother Nature call. What goes in must come out i.e. nunber one
and/or number two.
7. Heat and Energy for maintaining the body's equilibrium of 98.6 degree and for mobility. Energy is Heat and
Problem: Ingesting excessive liquid, salt, and/or chill drinks may cause one or more of these symptoms such as
ulcer, constipation, acid reflux, heartburn, indigestion, and/or diarrhea.
Solutions: Here are tips to solving these simple irritations.
1. Sip water, don't chug.
2. Drink warm or room temperature water not ice or chilled drink so the stomach produce less of stomach acid
to process the food to warm up the body's temperature back to equilibrium of 98.6 degree.
3. The more foods you eat the less water you drink. 4 to 8 fl oz is all you need during meal. Avoid gluttony of
water and salt which will retain too much water in the body.
4. Chew food thoroughly for easy digestion and minimizing the need for additional stomach acid.
5. When water sloshes around in your stomach mean you drank too much liquid at any given time. Sit up right
till all the foods and water are digested before you lay down or sleep.
6. The stomach is finite in size like a balloon, the more you stretch it, the more space it creates to hold food and
water. The "Law of Space" state you can not have two matter occupying the same space i.e. food and

We are not cold blooded reptiles, we are warm blooded mammals (human). Cold in any form harms and robbed the body's heat. We protect, insulate, and shield the body from Mother Nature's extreme chill and heat but who will protect, insulate, and shield the body from self induce chill? Insulator can insulate, protect, and shield the body against hypothermia in the winter chill but it can also insulate, protect, and shield against hyperthermia in the summer heat.
In the summer heat, the body is being baked no question about it. The question is, do you want the
